Answers to a few common questions about the Training Review process.
The process typically includes three steps:
• Submitting the request form
• A follow-up conversation to walk through your responses and gather additional context
• A final conversation where we share recommendations and next steps
The initial conversation typically lasts 30–45 minutes. Timing for the full review depends on the scope of your program.
The request form gives us a starting point. From there, we may ask for a few examples of your training materials or documentation — nothing extensive.
You’ll receive clear, practical recommendations focused on improving your training program.
Nope. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time — we’ll work from what you already have.
No. We work with programs of different sizes, as long as there’s a need to improve training.
If things aren’t as consistent or clear as they should be—whether that’s evaluations, expectations, or tracking training—a Training Review is a good place to start.
