Dr. Katie Thompson, Founder
Dr. Katie Thompson, Founder
Katie is passionate about guiding people towards the best version of themselves. She specializes in helping military personnel, law enforcement officers and firefighters dramatically improve their physical and mental capabilities so they can thrive in high-stress, high-pressure envrionments. Additionally, she has worked with recreational, collegiate, professional, and Olympic athletes in individual, team, and extreme sports.
She loves to nerd out on applied sport and performance psychology, stress resilience, tactical strength and conditioning, training design, and neuroscience. In her free time, she's honing her marksmanship skills, snowboarding, or hiking.

Dr. Jill Wierzba, Founder
Dr. Jill Wierzba, Founder
Jill is dedicated to teaching and coaching others how to gain a mental edge so they can perform optimally in any environment, especially in high-stakes and high-pressure situations. She has worked with tactical, precision, and power athletes to include law enforcement, military, medical, and power-sports so that they have a mental and emotional edge that optimizes their capabilities.
She'll talk about applied sport psychology, learning science, biomechanics, and nutrition with anyone who will listen. When she's not nerding out, she's walking her blue heelers, riding horses, drinking coffee, hiking, snowboarding, or napping.
